About this Collective:

Meet Kristiana

Kristiana guides individuals and organisations toward regenerative leadership through systemic thinking, inclusive collaboration, and connection. She creates spaces where people can step into their potential as changemakers.

Her leadership path has taken her from President of Erasmus Student Network Netherlands to Bulgaria's UN Youth Delegate, and into work with the European Commission and Eurochild. These experiences shaped her commitment to amplifying voices often left out.

With a Master's in International Relations (Utrecht University) and a Master's in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability (MSLS) from BTH, Sweden, she combines political understanding with transformative practice. Over six years, she has experience in designing learning experiences that integrate diverse tools like Systemic Constellations, Theory U, Art of Hosting, Nonviolent Communication, and the Flow Game.

Her work is based on the worldview of the world as a living system, not a mechanistic machine. She believes real change happens through relationships, through listening, and through creating the conditions for people to think and act differently together. Those who work with her find someone who holds complexity without losing clarity, who asks good questions, and who stays present through uncertainty.

She's driven by the belief that we need each other - and that the systems we're part of can shift when we're willing to look honestly at them and how we show up within them.

Meet Rossitsa

Rossitsa weaves strategy, creativity, and collaboration to turn vision into grounded action. Guided by a deep connection to nature and people, she creates experiences that invite reflection, growth, and collective purpose.

With a foundation in environmental engineering and a Master’s in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability (MSLS) from the BTH, Sweden, Rossitsa bridges analytical clarity with participatory and creative approaches. With practices like Design Thinking and the Art of Hosting, she guides groups through processes that spark innovation, learning, and collaboration.

With over 15 years of experience across business, NGOs, and community development, she has led multinational projects and teams at the intersection of sustainability, communication, and leadership. During her time with WWF Central and Eastern Europe, she coordinated strategic communications across six countries, helped build partnerships, strengthened innovation culture, and co-designed programs for youth engagement and environmental education.

Drawing on her sports instructor background Rossitsa brings a lively sense of energy, rhythm, and embodiment into her facilitation - balancing structure with movement, care with creativity. Those who work with her describe a calm, intentional presence that invites trust and courage, someone who holds space for reflection while moving ideas into action.

She believes transformation begins within: in how we think, relate, and co-create - with ourselves, with one another, and with the living world.
