Our offerings:

At System Change Collective, we see individuals, groups, and organisations as living systems - intelligent, creative, and adaptive.

The spaces we design and facilitate aim to enable the conditions for systemic co-evolution.

Inner Leadership Gym: 21 April, 17:30 CET

This is a personal development practice journey in support of inner leadership growth and resilience.

Who It’s For: It’s for all of us who

  • want to show up in life and work in alignment with our values and integrity

  • need inner stability in times of uncertainty

  • are committed to their personal growth and responsibility

  • are facilitators, sustainability practitioners, changemakers, learning and development practitioners, or team players

No need to have a formal leadership position.

Aims: To cultivate the inner/self resources that enable us to act with clarity, resilience, and presence in the face of complex challenges: ecological and social collapse, fragmentation, and burnout.

How It Works: Facilitated sessions · on Zoom · Small group · 1 open + 3 closed sessions per month. The programme combines reflection, practice, and shared learning. Sessions are experiential and designed to support real-life application, not just conceptual understanding.

Introspection Circles: In-person events (Brussels, Belgium)

The work of social and environmental justice, human rights, and systems change is rarely just about the "out there." It is deeply intertwined with the "in here" - the inherited patterns, loyalties, and systemic knots we carry from our own places of origin and lineages.

Often, the exhaustion, burnout or "stuckness" we feel in our work isn't just personal fatigue; it can be a reflection of unresolved, hidden systemic dynamics.

Who is it for?

This experience is designed for changemakers, activists, and community leaders who:

  • Feel "stuck" in repetitive emotional patterns despite their best efforts.

  • Carry a sense of "heavy responsibility" or "guilt" that feels older than their current work.

  • Experience eco-anxiety or climate grief as a physical weight.

  • Experience disrupted sleep or insomnia.

  • Sense that their personal history is impacting their ability to lead or collaborate.

  • Seek a deeper, systemic understanding of human connection and healing.

Aims:

✔ Systemic Clarity: A new "lens" through which to view personal and professional challenges.

✔ Emotional Unburdening: A tangible sense of lightness by leaving behind what does not belong to them.

✔ Increased Presence: The ability to stay grounded in the face of complex systemic crises.

✔ Community Connection: Shared vulnerability with a "like-hearted" circle of practitioners.
