These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, content, and any products or services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

“KRS Consulting”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KRS Consulting. “You” means the individual or entity using the Services. Some offerings may be presented under the Systems Change Collective initiative name (“SCC”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use paid Services. If you are in Bulgaria, our site is not directed to children under 14 (see Privacy Policy). If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Our content & your license

Unless stated otherwise, the website, courses, workshops, toolkits, text, graphics, logos, videos, and other materials are owned by KRS Consulting or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal or internal business purposes as permitted by these Terms.

• You may not copy, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

• For downloadable materials and course resources, you may store a reasonable number of copies for personal/internal use.

• “Systems Change Collective”, “KRS Consulting”, and associated marks are trade names/trademarks of KRS Consulting. You may not use them without permission.

5. Your content

If you submit, upload, or post content (e.g., comments, assignments, testimonials, forum posts), you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Services. You are responsible for your content and must have the necessary rights to share it.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: (a) violate laws or third-party rights; (b) upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) reverse-engineer or scrape the Services; (d) use the Services to train AI models without our written consent; (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (f) use the Services in a way that interferes with others’ use.

7. Purchases, pricing, and taxes

Prices are shown and charged in EUR. For EU consumers, prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable; for B2B customers, the appropriate VAT treatment will apply (e.g., reverse charge where applicable). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our provider to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including taxes/fees where applicable.

8. Digital products, courses, and workshops

• Digital downloads / online content: Access may be provided immediately after purchase.

• Live workshops or events: We will specify the dates/times and access details after registration.

• Access periods: Unless otherwise stated on the product page, access to course materials is for 12 months from purchase.

9. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

You have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts without giving a reason, except:

• when purchasing digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., downloads, streaming) after you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts;

• for services fully performed within the 14 days after your express request;

• for leisure services (e.g., events/workshops) scheduled for a specific date or period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email connect@systemschangecollective.com with your order details. We will confirm receipt and process any refund due using your original payment method. We may deduct proportionate amounts for services already provided before withdrawal.

10. Cancellations & refunds

If a particular product page specifies a different cancellation/refund policy, that page controls. If we cancel an event or materially fail to deliver a paid service, your sole remedy is a refund of fees paid for the affected item.

11. Third-party tools and links

The Services may integrate or link to third-party platforms (e.g., video conferencing, payment processors, email tools). We do not control these providers and are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use of third-party tools may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data.

13. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, the Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is complete or current.

No professional advice. Materials provided through the Services (including courses, toolkits, and community discussions) are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your situation.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRS Consulting and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KRS Consulting from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or are required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain clauses (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

17. Changes to the Services and to these Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new Terms and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (e.g., email or banner). Changes take effect on the date indicated. If you continue to use the Services after the effective date, you accept the changes.

18. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with them are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Courts with jurisdiction: the competent courts of Varna, Bulgaria, have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may bring proceedings in their local courts as provided by law.
